# Delete Recording

> Delete a call's recording and transcript

Delete the audio and the transcript of a call. The call record itself stays, with its status, duration and cost. After deletion, `has_recording` and `has_transcript` are `false`, and a late `recording.ready` event for this call is ignored. This cannot be undone.

## Request

**Authorization** `string` *required*

Bearer token with your API key (scope `agents`)

### Path

**callId** `string` *required*

The call `id` (UUID)

## Response

## Errors

| Status | Code | Meaning |
| - | - | - |
| 404 | `CALL_NOT_FOUND` | No call with this ID in your workspace |
| 404 | `RECORDING_NOT_FOUND` | The call was not recorded |
| 409 | `CALL_IN_PROGRESS` | The call is still running. Delete after it ends |
