# List Phone Lines

> List the phone lines agents can call from

List the phone lines in your workspace. A phone line is a number that agents call from: a 60db Dialer number (`sixtydb`) or your own SIP trunk (`byo`).

SIP passwords are never returned. A 60db line's SIP login is managed by 60db. A BYO line shows its `domain` and `username`, but not its password.

| Field | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `kind` | `sixtydb` (60db Dialer number) or `byo` (your SIP trunk) |
| `caller_id` | The number shown to callers |
| `agent_id` | The agent this line calls for. `null` if none |
| `inbound_number` | The number agents answer. `null` for now |
| `inbound_available` | `false` while inbound calls are not yet available |
