# Get Marketplace Eligibility

> Whether you can list a professional voice in the voice marketplace: plan, KYC and bank details

Listing a professional voice in the marketplace needs:

1. A **Creator** or **Pro** plan.
2. **KYC**: your tax form (PAN, W-9 or W-8BEN), submitted in the app under **Payouts**.
3. **Bank details** for payouts, added in the app under **Payouts**.

You can submit a voice for review once KYC and bank details are filed, even while they are under review (`can_submit`). The voice goes live only after KYC is verified and bank details are active (`can_be_approved`).

What stops you submitting: `plan_not_eligible`, `kyc_required`, `kyc_expired`, `bank_required`

**approval\_blocking** `string[]`

What stops the voice going live: `kyc_not_verified`, `bank_not_active`

## Errors

Submitting a voice without meeting the requirements returns `403` with code `MARKETPLACE_REQUIREMENTS_NOT_MET` and this object as `details`.
