# Names: HelloKit and 60db

> How the names in HelloKit's guides map to the names in the 60db API and dashboard

60db agents run on the HelloKit call engine. If you read HelloKit's own guides, or move from LiveKit or Pipecat, the same idea can have a different name there. This table is the only place HelloKit names appear in the 60db docs. Everywhere else, use the 60db names.

| Concept | HelloKit | 60db API and dashboard | Notes |
| - | - | - | - |
| SIP trunk | `sip-trunks` | `phone-lines` (dashboard **Phone lines**, subtitle **SIP trunk**) | Kinds are `sixtydb` (a 60db Dialer number) and `byo` (your own SIP). See [Bring your own SIP](https://docs.60db.ai/features/agents-bring-your-own-sip.md) |
| Agent id | integer | UUID | The HelloKit id is internal and never exposed |
| Knowledge collection | `knowledge_collection` | `knowledge_collection_id` (UUID) | A workspace Smart Memory collection. Personal `User_...` collections are unsupported (`422 KNOWLEDGE_COLLECTION_UNSUPPORTED`). See [Knowledge for agents](https://docs.60db.ai/features/agents-knowledge.md) |
| Customer knowledge endpoint | `knowledge_webhook_url` and `knowledge_webhook_secret` | `knowledge_webhook_url` only | Signed with the agent's `whsec_...` secret, the same one used for tool and event webhooks. There is no extra secret field |
| Webhook signature headers | `x-hellokit-*` | `X-60db-Timestamp`, `X-60db-Signature` | `v1=` plus the hex HMAC-SHA256 of `{timestamp}.{raw body}`. Unchanged scheme |
| Hosted SIP address | `hellokit-sip.60db.ai:5060`, UDP, PCMU and PCMA | The same | No TLS and no SRTP |
