Dialer Tools

Manage phone numbers, calls, recordings, and webhooks through the MCP server.

Setup note: Trunk setup and KYC are completed in the 60db Dashboard (Dialer section), not through the API or MCP. SIP credentials and PBX configuration remain in the dashboard; no credentials are exposed via MCP for security.

Note: confirm: true is mandatory for operations that charge money or release resources. Without it, the tool explains the cost/consequence and does nothing.

Rent Numbers (Requires Confirmation)

Reserve a phone number from the shared pool. Costs ₹600/month ($6.00) immediately and renews monthly:

Important Notes

Confirm flag: Buying and releasing numbers requires explicit confirm: true. Without it, the tool refuses and explains the cost.
No credentials exposed: SIP credentials and trunk setup details remain in the dashboard. MCP cannot access or modify them.
Pricing: ₹600/month per number (billed immediately on purchase + monthly renewal); calls ₹0.30/min inbound/outbound (prorated per second).
Grace period: 48 hours after renewal date; unpaid numbers are auto-released.
